Our Fabrication team then gets to work on manufacturing your signs. We start with basic materials such as acrylics, aluminum, PVC, ACM, NOVA Photopolymer, and specialty materials that may be specified such as LUMICOR, 3FORM , and others.

 

The production process flows from our Pre-Press Technicians to cutting and machining, decorating using painting, printing and/or vinyl then to applique and braille to assembly. Then we clean and inspect all signs, make sure all the signs match up to your order and finally package them using our industry leading skin packaging method. Skin packaging provides the ultimate in visibility and protection from shipping damage.
